Appointments
You can schedule an appointment by calling our office directly at 703-992-9211 during business hours.
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
For your appointment, please bring your insurance card, a valid photo ID, a list of any current medications you are taking, and any relevant medical records or test results you may have.
We require at least a 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For surgical or cosmetic procedures we require a 72 hour notice.
Yes. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee. Surgical and Cosmetic appointments require at least a 72 hour notice.
Missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other patients who need care. This policy helps us maintain timely access for all patients.
A fee of $50 may be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments. The fee for missed or late cancellations for surgical and cosmetic appointments is $150.00
General Information
We offer ample on-site parking for all patients. You can park conveniently in the lot located directly in front of our office.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Please check our website for any special holiday hours.

Prescriptions & Results
Prescription refill requests can be made by calling our office. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.
